The goal was to create a centralized repository for the management trainee program that would automate the process and make it more efficient.

The team prepared an app that streamlined the management trainee program. The app provided a centralized repository for all information related to the program. It automated the process of tracking trainee progress, recording assessments, and generating reports. The app also provided trainees with easy access to program materials, making it easier for them to complete their assignments and assessments.
